Job summary

A leading aviation company in Cleveland is seeking a Crew Planner responsible for effective crew resource utilization and developing staffing plans. Role involves coordinating schedules, analyzing staffing needs, and providing exceptional service to crewmembers. Ideal candidates have a degree in business or aviation plus relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills being a must. Candidates must be flexible in terms of schedule, working nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience in Scheduling or Planning environment.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations in regard to airline operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop long term staffing plans for pilots.
• Facilitate schedule and vacation bids.
• Monitor and adjust crew schedules due to program movements.
