Job summary

Air Transport International (ATI) seeks a proactive Crew Scheduler to refine short- and mid-range crew rosters, ensuring timely communication with crews on schedule changes and minimizing costs through efficient utilization.

You will ensure compliance with FARs and CBAs, maintain meticulous documentation, and maximize crew capacity while planning for contingencies during irregular operations. Collaboration with various internal departments is essential to sustain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Scheduling experience in aviation or related field preferred; 1 year experience.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have strong attention to detail, exceptional multitasking ability and must be capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and make decisions with multiple competing variables and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with crewmembers and internal departments regarding crew assignments and compliance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and aviation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OCC environment.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement short and middle range crew schedule; minimize costs with efficient utilization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FARs and CBAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding schedules, compliance, and processes.
• Maximize crew capacity and plan for coverage changes; develop recovery options for irregular operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments affecting scheduling (Crew Planning, Travel, Maintenance, etc.).
• Communicate operational/crew issues to key supervisors and directors.
• Establish positive baseline relationships with flight crews.
• Other duties as assigned.
