Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking a Crew Resources Assistant Manager in Michigan to lead training for the Crew Resource department and manage scheduling, payroll, and onboarding. This role reports to the Manager of Crew Resources and requires coordination with multiple team members to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, familiarity with flight operations, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college/technical school desirable.
• Must have good working knowledge of world geography and flight operations.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail and abstract problem solving capabilities.
• Experience in a airline operational control center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training programs for the Crew Resource department.
• Update and maintain check lists and manuals as needed.
• Push publications to Comply365 and track department proficiency checks.
• Maintain staff work schedules and oversee payroll every two weeks.
• Conduct new hire and recurrent crew resource training.
• Audit training records for crew resource coordinators.
• Assist with interviews and hiring decisions for new hires.
• Handle department on-call responsibilities and other duties as needed by the Manager.
