Job summary

Breeze Airways seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner – Aircraft Router in Plano, TX to manage daily and future aircraft routings, balancing maintenance needs with operational requirements. You will collaborate with Operations Control, Maintenance Control, Materials, Engineering, and Airports to ensure timely maintenance within compliance periods while maximizing fleet utilization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Maintenance Planning or related discipline (Line/Hangar/Maintenance Control)

Responsibilities

• Assign aircraft tail numbers to scheduled flights and continuously adjust routings
• Develop and manage daily/future fleet routings to meet maintenance and compliance windows
• Identify maintenance opportunities by evaluating ground time, station capability, manpower, tooling, materials
• Coordinate aircraft swaps and routing changes to minimize disruption
• Monitor upcoming maintenance to prevent overdue items
• Maximize fleet utilization and on-time performance through smart routing
• Escalate routing or maintenance concerns to Planning leadership
• Maintain accurate routing data in company systems
