Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Crew Scheduler to join the Crew Service Team. You will schedule Pilots and Flight Attendants in line with government regulations, airline requirements, and company policies.

Starting pay is $22 per hour, with a focus on accuracy, calmness under pressure, and strong communication. Responsibilities include ensuring crew legality and availability, using approved scheduling software, and coordinating with Dispatch, Training, and Inflight teams to maintain compliance and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: degree in a related field.
• Experience in airline operations or crew scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled crew members are legal, qualified, and available for assignments.
• Proficient in company-approved crew scheduling software and policies.
• Ensure compliance with FARs for crew members and playbooks.
• Monitor legalities, flight time, and duty/rest requirements.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Training, Inflight, and Crew Planning teams.
