Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Crew Operations to optimize real-time crew planning and allocation across a 24/7 network.

You will ensure qualified, legal, and compliant staffing while balancing safety, service reliability, and cost efficiency. You will analyze data, collaborate with Flight Operations, IFS, Crew Technology, IT, Finance, Analytics, and Operations Management to resolve disruptions and improve operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute real-time operational decisions to allocate crew resources and ensure full flight coverage across the network.
• Manage and resolve operational disruptions while maintaining compliance with regulations, labor agreements, and company policies.
• Serve as an active end user of emerging technologies and support implementation of new tools and processes.
• Leverage data and operational insights to improve resource allocation and operational outcomes.
• Optimize crew assignments to balance safety, service reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate crew trip logistics, including scheduling adjustments and hotel accommodations.
• Utilize legacy systems and next-generation optimization tools to support operational decision-making.
