Responsibilities

• Translate agreed ways of working into clear, practical processes, workflows, templates, ownership models, and other operating documentation.
• Provide hands-on project management for priority Business Operations initiatives, developing detailed workplans, coordinating inputs, tracking actions and dependencies, and proactively following up with owners to drive work through completion.
• Stand up and operationalize workflows that span Ad Sales, Ad Products, Ad Sales Marketing, Media Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other Delta functions, ensuring roles, handoffs, inputs, approvals, and escalation paths are clearly defined and work in practice.
• Identify operational friction, gaps, and overly manual processes; develop practical solutions and work with stakeholders to implement improvements that make the organization simpler and more effective.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to accelerate process documentation, analysis, status tracking, reporting, and other operational workflows; identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Build strong working relationships across the Media Network and broader Delta organization, coordinating inputs and driving follow-through to ensure operational decisions are translated into action.
