Job summary

Collaborating with other operations teams, you will resolve staffing and contractual challenges, support network stability during irregular operations, and communicate impacts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Crew Scheduling operations, applicable federal regulations, labor contracts, and internal policies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to meet operational objectives.
• Ability to read, interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Crew Scheduling operations to ensure safe, compliant crew coverage.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Supervisors and Schedulers.
• Direct and support decision-making during irregular operations to minimize disruption.
• Monitor staffing levels and scheduler availability to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Own end-to-end processes and performance standards for Crew Scheduling Operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive corrective actions.
