Job Description
Summary: Delivers excellent service, product, and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepares a variety of pizzas and other menu items.
- Measures ingredients required for specific items being prepared.
- Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
- Runs food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers.
- Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally and promptly.
- Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, including information about menu and specials.
- Upsells additional products when appropriate.
- Masters Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking.
- Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
- Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
- Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations and display cases.
- Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
- Packs, weighs, and labels products as required.
- Ensures supervisor is aware of food shortages.
- Adheres to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to pass applicable background checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly, including making correct change.
