Job Description
Summary: Delivers excellent service, product quality, and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepares a variety of pizzas and menu items.
- Measures ingredients accurately for each item.
- Follows safety and quality procedures for food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assists with bagging and tagging orders.
- Delivers food to customers' cars or to delivery drivers.
- Greets customers professionally in person or via phone, takes orders efficiently.
- Provides excellent customer service, shares menu information and specials.
- Upsells additional products when appropriate.
- Operates Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for order processing.
- Communicates clearly and positively with team members and management.
- Handles currency and credit transactions accurately and quickly.
- Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
- Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.
- Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
- Packs, weighs, and labels products as required.
- Informs supervisors of food shortages or supply issues.
- Adheres to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.

- Proficient in entering orders via computer or touch screen.
- Ability to take orders in person or over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
