Job summary

The Bol Place in Connecticut is hiring a team of crew members for both full-time and part-time shifts. We offer guaranteed hours for those with open availability and the chance to earn great tips while fueling your future.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft nutritious bowls, prep fresh ingredients, greet guests, and keep the service line clean and stocked. No prior restaurant experience is required—we provide full training on attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Craft Bowls: assemble nutritious bowls quickly and accurately while being mindful of allergies.
• Prep Fresh: chop, slice, and prepare ingredients daily.
• Greet & Guide: welcome guests, explain menu options, and ring up orders efficiently.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a spotless, organized service line, workspace and dining area.
• Keep it Stocked: restock food and beverages; manage deliveries and supplies.
• Follow health rules: follow local/state health regulations and safety protocols.

• Keep it Stocked: Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put food deliveries and supplies in proper areas.
• Follow the rules:Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.
