The Bol Place is hiring a Crew Member in Connecticut. This is a FT/PT position with open availability, offering guaranteed hours and the opportunity to earn tips. Training is provided and no prior restaurant experience is required.

As a Crew Member you will craft bowls, prep ingredients, greet guests, and maintain a clean, efficient service line while following health and safety standards. Growth from within is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Craft Bowls: Assemble beautiful, nutritious protein bowls quickly and accurately for our guests, while being aware of food allergans.
• Prep Fresh: Help chop, slice, and prepare our high-quality ingredients daily.
• Greet & Guide: Welcome guests warmly, explain our menu options, and ring up orders efficiently.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized service line, workspace and dining area.
• Keep it Stocked: Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put food deliveries and supplies in proper areas.
• Follow the rules: Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.
