The Bol Place, a subsidiary of Sturbridge Coffee House in Sturbridge, MA, is hiring Crew Members to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will craft bowls, prep ingredients, and greet guests with a welcoming, efficient service style. No prior restaurant experience is required as we provide full training and flexible scheduling.

We offer daily tips, a free meal with each 8-hour shift, and opportunities to grow into shift lead or manager roles as we expand in the region.

• Craft Bowls: Assemble nutritious protein bowls quickly and accurately for our guests.
• Prep Fresh: Chop, slice, and prepare high-quality ingredients daily.
• Greet & Guide: Welcome guests, explain menu options, and ring up orders efficiently.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a spotless, organized service line, workspace and dining area.
• Keep it Stocked: Restock food and beverage items and organize deliveries.
• Follow the rules: Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.

The Bol Place is a subsidiary of Sturbridge Coffee House which has grown from a small café over the last 19 years, into a bustling coffee house, with multiple Mini Sturbridge Coffee House locations.
We serve hundreds of people in the heart of Sturbridge, MA and beyond. We wouldn't be the great coffee house we are today, nor be opening additional locations, without the dedication of every employee and customer over the years.
