Job summary

Pollo Tropical in Fort Myers is seeking team members to support food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, prepare and portion meals, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining area and kitchen.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, handling payments, stocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries or setups as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Must follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to learn POS cash register and kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Process orders via verbal or automated systems.
• Relay orders from service counter to kitchen.
• Cook, prepare, and portion food using kitchen equipment while following safety practices.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Handle payments and make change using cash register.
• Assist with deliveries and setup as needed.
