Job summary

Pollo Tropical in Florida is seeking team members to support both front-of-house and kitchen operations. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and plate foods, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems.
• Relay orders from service counter to kitchen operations.
• Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with food, packaging, and service materials.
• Stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper and utensils.
• Fill food and beverage orders for customers.
• Operate cash register to collect payments and give change.
• Unload deliveries of supplies to restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant and equipment.
• Observe alcoholic beverage laws when applicable.
• Support safe public access to the restaurant.
