Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group, operator of Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations, seeks upbeat Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, positive environment.

You’ll prepare items from established recipes, engage guests, use the POS, and support opening, closing, and shift transitions while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; minimum age 14 (state permits may apply).
• Flexible with scheduling and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
