Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group, operating 32+ Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations, is hiring Crew Members for a fast-paced team environment. You will provide great guest experiences, learn on the job, and contribute to a clean, efficient cafe.

We offer competitive hourly pay, tips, flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends), paid training, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. No prior experience required and room for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Flexible scheduling availability is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; minimum age 14 (state rules may apply).

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
