Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking Crew Members for Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. You will prepare food and smoothies, deliver fast, friendly service, and maintain a clean, welcoming area in a fast-paced setting.

No experience is required as full training is provided. We offer competitive hourly pay ($13–$15) plus tips, flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends), a benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests.

• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transitions.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
