SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring Crew Members for Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. Join a fast-paced team delivering great guest experiences with friendly service, accurate orders, and clean environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests.
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
