SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring for Crew Members to join Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. We value upbeat, friendly, and reliable team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great guest experiences.

This role offers competitive hourly pay of $12–$14 plus tips, flexible scheduling, and paid training. No experience is required, and opportunities for growth through internal promotion pathways are available as we expand.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Minimum age 14; may require a work permit depending on state regulations; legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperature standards
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing with guests
• Use the POS system accurately and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns or issues promptly to management.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.
