Job summary

CA Planet is looking for a Crew Member to deliver superior member service at the front desk. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, check in, and handle tours while maintaining a clean club environment.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality mindset, basic computer skills, and a positive, punctual attitude. 18+, franchisee-led position with growth opportunities and a strong customer-service culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-ups.
• Answer phones and guide callers with questions.
• Take tours for prospective members and provide updates to accounts.
• Maintain club neatness and handle front desk duties.
• Report concerns to management as needed.

Job Summary

The Crew Member will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • New member sign-up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Customer service/hospitality background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
