Cheba Hut | Fort Collins is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

You’ll own guest experience, deliver authentic interactions, and prioritize interaction over the transaction, while making confident menu recommendations and providing fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Food handling certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
