Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts crew members perform a multitude of tasks including serving customers at the cash register and assisting in food production. They ensure operations excellence by adhering to store standards, maintain a clean workstation, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Training may be provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment.
• Guest Focus: understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the counter or drive-thru.
• Handle cash register and give correct change.
