JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Front of House

• Immediately welcoming guests with a friendly greeting and a SMILE
• Creating positive guest interactions
• Taking and correctly filling orders at the counter
• Being knowledgeable about our products and able to answer questions/offer suggestions
• Efficiently using a POS system, accepting payments and making correct change
• Thanking customers and inviting them back

Back of House

• Scooping cookies and prepping them to bake
• Rolling pretzels and prepping them to bake
• Help with stocking (must be able to lift 30 lb. boxes)
• Misc. tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following all food safety regulations
• Thoroughly washing dishes, taking out trash, and completing all other cleaning duties as required
