Job summary

Cheba Hut in Oklahoma City is hiring a Crew Member to provide warm guest interactions, make great food, and support daily operations with energy and care.

You will follow SOPs, participate in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure a clean, welcoming shop from open to close. Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, and we offer training and the chance to grow with the brand.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions
• Prioritize “interaction over the transaction.”
• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Complete prep accurately and on time

Clean & Safe Environment

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
