Job summary

Fouress Group Inc. is seeking a friendly, reliable Crew Member at our NY location to deliver exceptional guest service and support daily operations.

You will greet Guests, assist in training, handle cash, operate basic restaurant equipment, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed. This role emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness, and ongoing commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading
• Able to count money and make change
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (age requirements may apply)
• Guest focus and anticipation of guest needs

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guests and respond to their needs with courtesy and urgency.
• Resolve guest concerns using LAST framework with respect and a sense of urgency.
• Complete all required training on Dunkin University.
• Contribute to cleanliness and sanitation standards both inside and outside.
• Communicate guest feedback to restaurant management.
• Educate guests on product offerings and added value.

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times

• Is able to resolve customer concerns utilizing LAST with respect and a sense of urgency
• Understands all hospitality standards and holds self-accountable for them
• Must complete all required training on Dunkin University
• Contributes to inside and outside cleanliness standards
• Acknowledges all Guests and is highly responsive to needs and special requests
• Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management
• Educates Guests on product line and added value available to them
• Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards
• Communicates in English and seeks assistance to improve communication skills
• Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

• Assists in training and coaching of new Crew Members
