Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in Leland, North Carolina. You will supervise a crew of 2-5, ensure safety, quality, and on-time service delivery, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, reporting issues, training crew members, and delivering high-quality landscape maintenance, installation, and related services while upholding BrightView standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape crew and coordinating field teams.
• Must hold BrightView equipment certifications as applicable.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise 2–5 crew members and delegate tasks.
• Ensure safety policies and BrightView standards are followed.
• Communicate with Operations Manager and report client needs.
• Coordinate service execution and log crew time and equipment use.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members.
