Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Concord, NC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a crew of 2–5, assign tasks, monitor safety, and ensure work meets BrightView’s quality standards across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color programs.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in landscaping, valid driver's license, and BrightView equipment certifications.

• Leadership demonstrated among the team and with peers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 and delegate tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Log crew time and equipment usage accurately.
• Provide feedback and help train crew members.
