Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in North Carolina is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites and lead a crew of 2–5 team members to deliver safe, high-quality service. You will supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation and seasonal color programs, ensure tasks meet BrightView's standards, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varied conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew in landscape services.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Equipment certifications per BrightView policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape operations at client sites.
