Job summary

landscapeconcepts seeks a reliable Crew Leader to guide a 2–3 person crew on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round in Aurora, IL, with winter snow support.

You will supervise mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, ensure quality and safety, report crew hours, and track materials. You’ll also train new crew members and support onboarding.

This role offers steady year-round work, overtime eligibility, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
