The position emphasizes safety, precise task delegation, and maintaining equipment and time records; prior utility vegetation management or similar experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries is preferred.
• Must be able to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks and job assignments.
• Ensure safety rules and PPE usage on site.
• Plan, execute, and track work efficiently to meet specifications.
• Communicate with property owners and customers about access and work details.
