Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician in Foxborough, MA, to lead and supervise emergency restoration projects following fire, water, and storm damage. This role involves guiding crews, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards in project execution.

Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, previous experience in restoration or mitigation, and the ability to handle physical labor. Competitive hourly pay of $26.00 - $28.00 per hour is offered, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites.
• Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage.
• Perform and oversee water extraction and structural drying services.
