Job summary

Insurcomm, Inc. is seeking a motivated Lead Mitigation Technician (Crew Chief Level) in Denville, NJ to lead emergency restoration projects. You will supervise crews and ensure jobs are executed safely and efficiently according to IICRC standards.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in restoration or mitigation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate hand and power tools. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including a $1,500 sign-on bonus and ongoing training support.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification or willingness to obtain immediately.
• Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites.
• Perform and oversee water extraction and mitigation services.
• Train and mentor Mitigation Technicians.
