Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining and instructs crew on new job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access and work scope with property owners and refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Furnishes reports of completed orders and incidents to foreperson and reps.
