Pay: $18.00+ per hour plus performance-based incentives

Hours/Shifts: Full-Time

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in fence building, construction, or carpentry
• Ability to measure, lay out fence lines, and mark posthole positions according to instructions, blueprints, or specifications
• Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to interpret job bids and determine necessary tools and supplies
• Physical ability to move, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75+ pounds
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team to install fences, manage tasks, and evaluate performance
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
• Verify all materials and tools are loaded before going to the job site
• Define problems, collect data, and interpret technical instructions and drawings
• Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and manuals; prepare reports; communicate effectively
• Report work hours and project quantities
• Wear and enforce safety equipment as per company policies

Compensation: $18.00+ per hour plus incentives
