Team Car Care East, LLC invites a Crew Chief to join our Fenton, MO service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the crew, drive revenue through guest counts, and coach teammates while delivering top-notch customer service and a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Assist GM in budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the shop.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
