Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a Crew Chief to strengthen our store leadership team in West Saint Paul, MN. You will work directly with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales while maintaining store standards.

You will lead team training, mentor teammates, and help manage budgets, forecasting, and daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role offers growth opportunities and solid team support.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Coach and develop crew through training program.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
