The Crew Chief will mentor technicians and CSAs, participate in budgeting and performance targets, and contribute to a safe, welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to guide the crew and drive revenue growth.
• Lead daily huddles, set direction, and ensure service quality.
• Develop teammates through internal training and coaching.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and inventory control.
• Provide clear guidance to the team and manage guest questions.
