Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team under the General Manager to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain quality control, safety, and operational standards across the service center.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense control initiatives.
• Run opening/closing duties, inventories, and cash handling procedures.
• Conduct daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals.
• Develop and mentor technicians and front-line staff for growth.
