Job summary

SERVPRO Team Locandro in Weston/West Davie area is seeking a Lead Technician / Crew Chief to coordinate and perform work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality restoration services and a positive customer experience.

The Lead Technician will supervise production activities, coach technicians, and manage job files, progress, and safety compliance while coordinating with the production manager and office staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration work related to water, fire, and mold damage.
• Experience leading and supervising a restoration team.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Experience using industry software programs.
• Willingness to travel locally or out of state; on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO processes and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction
• Coach, train, and supervise restoration technicians
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services
• Monitor progress from start to finish and manage resources
