IHOP Cedar Hill is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing shift, coordinate front-line staff, monitor prep and service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will train new employees, assign duties, manage time and schedules, check deliveries, handle cash receipts, and uphold standards. Experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and English literacy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the crew.
• Train new hires and provide refresher training to staff.
• Assign duties and monitor schedules to control overtime.
• Enforce SOPs and maintain high service standards.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and quality; ensure cash handling procedures.
