Jiffy Lube International in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales.

This role offers leadership development and a clear path for advancement within Team Car Care. The position requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, guest-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Good business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth and coach staff.
• Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Perform inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expenses.
