The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail leadership is preferred; automotive experience not required, and growth within the company is encouraged.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail dynamics.
• Ability to analyze and improve sales and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Coach employees and mentor teammates through training programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
