Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Roseville, MN is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will guide the crew with the General Manager, drive revenue growth, and ensure a top-tier guest experience through coaching and quality control.

You will lead daily operations, develop teammates through training, and manage inventory, safety, and service quality in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership that inspires and motivates diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and guest-first approach.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team activities and store meetings (huddles) to achieve business goals.
• Coach and mentor team members, focusing on development and performance.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
