Jiffy Lube International in Mt Pleasant, SC is seeking a Crew Chief to support the General Manager in leading the automotive service team. You will coach crew, ensure safe, efficient operations, maintain guest satisfaction, and help drive sales and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay ($15.76–$16.51) plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and motivational skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the crew in daily operations and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with GM to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Conduct daily team huddles and coordinate store meetings.
