Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew, grow guest count and revenue.
• Coach and mentor teammates; conduct daily huddles and store meetings.
• Ensure quality control, inventory, cash handling and safety processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, presentable service center per standards.
