Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and performance measures.
• Coach and deliver outstanding customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and expectations.
• Develop teammates through training, guidance, and mentoring.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and adherence to safety and store procedures.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction and maintain a clean, safe service center.
