Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Lacey, WA is seeking a Crew Chief to partner with the General Manager, lead the automotive service team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at a busy service center.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams
• Solid understanding of retail industry
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales

Responsabilités

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience
• Coach and develop teammates through training program
• Ensure quality control measures are followed
• Handle inventory, cash, guest issues, and district initiatives
• Assist GM with budgeting and forecasts
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs
• Open and close store when GM is off
