Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew with the GM to drive sales and service.
• Oversee safety, training, inventory, and cash handling.
• Open/close duties; run daily team huddles and meetings.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center.
