Formación

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and sales goals.
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and high-quality guest experience.
